Quality and quality assurance, which is reached by trained personnel through continuous process control and continuous process documentation using advanced testing and monitoring equipment is, in our house at the top in order to ensure high reliability and reproducibility of the applied plating layers.

What mesurement instruments do you use? Details

To ensure quality in our house there are modern mesurement instruments such as two X-ray fluorescence deposition controllers of the company Helmut Fischer GmbH  available.

Are individual applications and small quantities possible for you? Details

Yes, we was recertified on 24/10/2014  in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.

You handle conflict-materials in your company. Can you provide evidence for the procurement of these materials? Details

The MVN GmbH was asked quite some time from their customers,
to provide proof of purchase of "conflict-materials".
Particular uses for tin, but also for other necessary materials and meets the requirements of the MVN GmbH EICC-GeSI Conflict Minerals questionnaire.

The EICC-GeSI Conflict Minerals questionnaire was developed by the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) and the Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) regarding created as a common tool for the detection of procurement information "conflict minerals".
Companies within the electronics industry and other industries can use this questionnaire as a member to check a responsible procurement of materials and to support compliance with the new legislation (U.S. Dodd-Frank Act).
This questionnaire is consistent with the EICC and GeSI activities relating to the Conflict Free Smelter (CFS) program agreement (www.conflictfreesmelter.org)
