Two strip galvanizing systems enable us to galvanize your metal strips made of copper and copper alloys, brass, zinc as well as steel and stainless steel. You can choose between the following surfaces and their combinations:

• Copper (over the entire surface; as an adhesive base or barrier layer)
• Nickel (full-surface, selective; sulfamate satin finish; ductile)
• Tin, shiny 100% pure (full surface, selective, solderable);
• Tin, matt 100% pure (full surface, selective, solderable);
• Silver; pure (full surface, selective, satin matt for technical applications, solderable); upon request with tarnish protection (organic))

Our fully automatic bulk material and rack system enables us to coat your individual parts made of copper and copper alloys, brass and steel. You can choose between the following surfaces and their combinations:

• Copper: as an adhesive base or barrier layer
• Nickel: sulfamate (semi-gloss, ductile)
• Tin: shiny 100% pure (solderable)
• Tin: matt 100% pure (solderable)
• Silver: satin matt for technical. Applications, solderable, with tarnish protection (organic) on request

We offer you the option of processing mechanically sensitive parts by using vibration modules.

Quality assurance

Our quality controls are carried out continuously during ongoing production. This allows us to achieve optimal coating results for you.

For quality assurance, we have modern measuring equipment available in our company, such as several X-ray fluorescence layer thickness measuring devices. This effort enables the fulfillment of customer-specific requirements and the issuing of measurement and test reports in accordance with DIN EN 10204, as well as the carrying out of a statistical evaluation of the data. This existing technology enables us to precisely measure almost all coatings on all common materials, even on highly profiled parts and thin layers. The reproducibility of measurements is approx. 0.1% repeatability.

Our chemical laboratory continuously checks and monitors our production.

Qualitative material analyzes can be carried out in a very short time. Bathroom monitoring and bathroom maintenance are constantly included in quality monitoring.

Our employees are also qualified in regular training courses.

There have been successful audits by suppliers to the automotive and electronics industries.

Our company's quality system was successfully recertified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 on October 13, 2023.
